目的 :改进硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液含量测定方法。方法 :以一阶导数光谱在 2 2 2nm波长处谷—零间的振幅为定量依据 ,测定硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液的含量。结果 :硝酸毛果芸香碱浓度在 10~ 5 0 μg·ml-1范围内与一阶导数谷—零间的振幅呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9997,平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD =0 .2 %。结论 :方法简便、准确 ,可用于测定硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液含量。
Objective: To improve the determination method of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops. Methods: Based on the first derivative spectra of valley-zero amplitude at 2222nm, the content of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops was determined. Results: The concentration of pilocarpine nitrate showed a good linear relationship with the amplitude of the first derivative valley in the range of 10 ~ 50 μg · ml-1, r = 0.9997 with an average recovery of 99.8% and RSD = 0. 2 %. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops.
