试验选择20～21月龄(体重300.0 kg±25.6 kg)的利杂牛(利木赞牛♂×本地黄牛♀)、西杂牛(西门塔尔牛♂×本地黄牛♀)和夏杂牛(夏洛来牛♂×本地黄牛♀)各25头,以青贮玉米和酒糟

试验选择20～21月龄(体重300.0 kg±25.6 kg)的利杂牛(利木赞牛♂×本地黄牛♀)、西杂牛(西门塔尔牛♂×本地黄牛♀)和夏杂牛(夏洛来牛♂×本地黄牛♀)各25头,以青贮玉米和酒糟为基础粗料,经过3个月的短期集中肥育,研究杂种肉牛肥育效果与品种的关系,进而分析各项屠宰指标.结果表明:夏杂牛、西杂牛的平均日增重和饲料转化率均大于利杂牛,且差异显著(P＜0.05);各项屠宰指标以及各分割肉块及其占胴体的比例与遗传因素有一定关系,但差异不显著(P＞0.05).
