目的 探讨盐水充注式假体腋顶小切口偏心圆隆乳术的临床效果。方法 对1997年5月～1999年3月29例小乳症患者采用腋顶小切口偏心圆隆乳术，选用美国MENTOR盐水充注式假体，并对外固定方法进行改进。结果 29例患者术后乳沟明显，乳峰挺拔，形态自然，手感柔软，随访1～2年无1例并发症。结论 采用腋顶小切口偏心圆隆乳，选用美国MENTOR盐水充注式假体，是一种较理想的隆乳方法。“,”Objective To explore the clinical effect Bias center circularcircle augmentation mammaplasty with saline-filled implants through a small axillary incision．Methods Twenty-nine cases of decentered circle augmentation mammaplasty through a small axillary incision from 1997．5 to 1999．3．Were performed using the MENTON saline-filled implants．improved method was．Results After operation，29 patients’ breasts palpated soft．The appearance of thebreasts was good．No complictions was found after the follow-up of two years．Conclusion Bias center circular augmentation mammaplasty with saline-filled implants through a small axillary incision is a good method of augmentation mammaplasty．
