针对舵机测试需求,设计了一种弯矩电动加载测试系统。系统以直流电机为执行元件能够实现几百到几万牛力加载,介绍了系统的工作原理和机械结构,分析计算了弯矩加载对其他力矩加载的干扰和系统影响,从测试技术要求上论证了方案的可行性。最后进行了理论分析和研究,建立了加载系统的数学模型,基于PID控制算法,进行了计算机仿真。仿真结果表明,能够满足系统预定的性能指标要求。
According to the requirements of steering test, a bending moment electric loading test system is designed. The system uses the DC motor as the executive component to realize several hundred to tens of thousands of bovine loads. The working principle and mechanical structure of the system are introduced. The interference and system influence of the moment load on other moment loads are analyzed and calculated. From the technical requirements of the test, The feasibility of the program. Finally, theoretical analysis and research are carried out. A mathematical model of loading system is established. Based on PID control algorithm, computer simulation is carried out. Simulation results show that the system can meet the predetermined performance requirements.
