目的观察云克对类风湿关节炎 (RA)疗效。方法 60例 RA患者随机分为观察组 30例静脉注射云克；对照组 30例口服双氯酚酸钠。结果总有效率：观察组 86.7％，对照组 63.3％ (P< 0.05);不良反应：观察组 1例，对照组 8例。 (P< 0.05)。结论云克治疗 RA疗效好，副作用少。
Objective To observe the effect of Yunke on rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Sixty patients with RA were randomly divided into observation group (n = 30) and niacin (n = 30). Results The total effective rate was 86.7% in the observation group and 63.3% in the control group (P <0.05). Adverse reactions were observed in 1 case in the observation group and 8 cases in the control group. (P <0.05). Conclusion Yunke treatment of RA good effect, fewer side effects.
