3507C—027制动鼓螺栓(图1)是手制动器与中间传动轴的联接件,每车四件。它依靠螺栓颈部的滚花部分紧压在制动鼓的突缘中四个孔内,与突缘连成一体。然后与传动轴的突缘叉联接,起传递扭矩作用。由于手刹车时,制动鼓螺栓受扭,承受剪切力,因此工作部位很重要。最初设计该螺栓为调质处理,装配时发现滚花部分硬度不够,螺栓压入突缘孔中配合不紧。经产品设计和工芝夯员多次研究,决定螺栓采用氰化处理,技术条件如下:
3507C-027 Brake Drum Bolt (Figure 1) is a coupling of handbrake and intermediate drive shaft, four pieces per car. It relies on the knurled part of the neck of the bolt to press against the four holes in the flange of the brake drum, integral with the flange. Then with the drive shaft flange fork connection, play the role of transmission torque. Due to the hand brake, the brake drum bolts are twisted and subjected to shear forces, so the working area is important. The original design of the bolt quenched and tempered, knurled part of the assembly found that the hardness is not enough, the bolt pressed into the flange hole with less tight. After several times of product design and work, it is decided that the bolts should be treated with cyanide. The technical conditions are as follows:
