一种基于样本的综合评价方法及其在FSA中的应用研究

给出了一种基于多个样本单元或给定标准的多目标、多准则综合评价方法 ,并讨论了它的相关性质 .同时 ,还给出了一种依据样本前沿面移动划分可行集的算法 ( MSF) .根据划分的各区域特征 ,可以对决策单元的性状进行比较或排序 .在此基础上 ,给出了 n维空间中最大可接受风险曲面的概念 ,推广了传统的 F-N曲线分析方法 .并将 MSF应用于多风险区域分划以及同类单元综合风险评估 ( FSA)等问题中 . A multi-objective and multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation method based on multiple sample units or given criteria is given and its related properties are discussed. At the same time, an algorithm for dividing the feasible set according to frontal plane shift (MSF) .According to the characteristics of each region, the traits of decision-making unit can be compared or sorted.On this basis, the concept of maximum acceptable risk surface in n-dimensional space is given, and the traditional FN curve analysis method And apply MSF to such issues as multi-risk regional zoning and homogeneous risk assessment of similar units (FSA).
