裁乡并镇是中国乡镇政权改革的模式之一。从投入产出的角度来看,裁乡并镇节约了大量的行政成本,提高了行政效率,切实减轻农民的负担,但是改革的客观结果给乡村社会和村民带来了极大的不便,改革没能给村民带来效益,这些不便之处反过来又增加乡村治理的难度。本文对某县裁乡并镇所产生的利弊结果进行了分析,提出政策建议,以最大程度地弱化其弊端。 Cutting townships and townships is one of the models for the reform of township and town governments in China.
