本文指出将现有的搅拌溶池水力模型和热态模型用适当的方法联合起来,能为生产提供更可靠的流体动力学参数。 本文以准数的幂函数式为基础,分析说明了在联合实验中求得操作参数P和结构参数D的最优化相似转换式P=mD~n的理论根据和建立相似转换式的方法,并举例说明了m,n的求法。 联合实验建立相似转换式具有实验简单、费用低、相似程度高等优点。
This paper points out that combining the existing stirred tank hydraulic model with the thermal model using the appropriate method can provide more reliable hydrodynamic parameters for the production. Based on the power function of quasi-number, this paper analyzes the theoretic basis and the method of establishing the similar conversion for the optimal similarity conversion P = mD ~ n of the operating parameter P and the structure parameter D in the joint experiment An example of m, n is given. The combination of experiments to establish a similar conversion has the advantages of simple experiment, low cost, high similarity and so on.
