目的了解山东省参与艾滋病防治的社会组织人力资源现状,为今后更好地指导社会组织参与艾滋病防治工作提供参考依据。方法自行设计问卷,对山东省参与艾滋病防治工作现有社会组织人员进行普查。结果共收回问卷234份,男162人(69.65%),女72人(30.35%),平均(36.86±11.25)岁,大专及以上文化程度人员占60.69%,医学专业背景人员占38.03%;专职人员占35.09%;同伴教育员占59.83%。主要从业原因为帮助别人、实现个人价值、认识更多的朋友等。结论山东省参与艾滋病防治社会组织队伍中,从业人员文化程度相对较高,认同组织公益性,同时存在专职人员比例低、人员流失等现象。
Objective To understand the current situation of human resources of social organizations participating in AIDS prevention and control in Shandong Province and provide reference for better guiding social organizations to participate in AIDS prevention and control work in the future. Methods The questionnaire was designed by ourselves to conduct census of the existing social organizations involved in AIDS prevention and control in Shandong Province. Results A total of 234 questionnaires were retrieved, including 162 males (69.65%), 72 females (30.35%), average (36.86 ± 11.25) years old, 60.69% with college education and above, and 38.03% 35.09% of staff; peer educators accounted for 59.83%. Main reasons for doing business to help others, to achieve personal value, more friends and more. Conclusion Shandong Province has a relatively high educational level among participating social organizations in HIV / AIDS prevention and control, recognizing the non-profit nature of organizations and the low proportion of full-time staff and the loss of personnel.
