细胞外基质的大量沉积是组织纤维化中的主要表现,其中Ⅳ型胶原的过度沉积是导致组织结构改建继而形成组织纤维化的主要因素之一,而基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及其抑制因子(TIMP-2)在Ⅳ型胶原的降解过程中起重要的调节作用。因此,MMP-2、TIMP-2在组织纤维化的发生、发展及其临床治疗中具有重要的意义。作者通过综述近年来国内外相关文献,以了解MMP-2、TIMP-2的性质、结构及其在纤维化中的作用。
A large number of extracellular matrix deposition is the main manifestation of tissue fibrosis. The excessive deposition of type IV collagen is one of the main factors that lead to the reorganization of tissue structure and the formation of tissue fibrosis. However, the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and Its inhibitory factor (TIMP-2) plays an important regulatory role in the degradation of type IV collagen. Therefore, MMP-2, TIMP-2 in the occurrence of fibrosis, development and clinical treatment of great significance. The author summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years to understand the nature and structure of MMP-2, TIMP-2 and its role in fibrosis.
