介绍高频焊螺旋肋片管省煤器的设计研究和在吉林热电厂６７０ｔ／ｈ电站锅炉上应用情况。几个月的运行状况和停炉后检查的结果表明，螺旋肋片管省煤器的运行情况良好，没有严重积灰，降低了排烟温度，提高了锅炉效率，是一种解决飞灰磨损问题和降低锅炉排烟温度的有效方法。
This paper introduces the design and research of high frequency welding spiral fin tube economizer and its application in 670t / h boiler in Jilin Thermal Power Plant. Months of operation and post-shutdown inspection results show that the spiral finned tube economizer operating conditions are good, no serious fouling, reducing the exhaust gas temperature and improve the boiler efficiency, is a solution to fly ash wear Problems and effective ways to reduce boiler exhaust temperature.
