为了控制表层超细晶钢中间坯温度场变化及表层组织转变,采用Abaqus有限元数值模拟软件,建立了二阶段轧制过程中Q345A厚板中间坯冷却的有限元模型,模拟了快速冷却+回温过程中温度场的变化,获得了瞬态温度场的分布云图以及钢坯上表面与中心的温度沿时间的变化曲线,模拟结果与现场的实测结果基本一致,并研究了入水时间对中间坯厚度截面温度的影响,为后续研究超细表层的深度和组织细化机理提供了理论依据。
