以D型大孔磺酸树脂为催化剂,催化松节油水合反应一步法制备松油醇。探讨了溶剂种类、油水比、反应温度和催化剂用量等因素对松油醇产率的影响,通过单因素实验确定了适宜的反应条件为:以10.0mL异丙醇为溶剂,4.0g松节油,4.0g水,反应温度为80℃,催化剂用量为0.4g。在此条件下,松油醇产率为42.1%。催化剂重复使用3次后,松油醇的产率有所降低,将该催化剂用0.1mol/L盐酸或硫酸再生处理后催化活性恢复。该反应为一级反应,80℃时反应速率常数为0.507h-1,反应活化能为126.66kJ/mol。

The effects of solvent type, oil-water ratio, reaction temperature and amount of catalyst on the yield of terpineol were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: 4.0 mL turpentine, 4.0 mL isopropyl alcohol g water, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the amount of catalyst is 0.4g. Under these conditions, the yield of terpineol was 42.1%. After repeated use of the catalyst for 3 times, the yield of terpineol was reduced. After the catalyst was regenerated with 0.1 mol / L hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid, the catalytic activity was restored. The reaction is a first order reaction, the reaction rate constant is 0.507h-1 at 80 ℃, and the activation energy is 126.66kJ / mol.
