一、“渝新欧”铁路概况“渝新欧”铁路是重庆至欧洲国际铁路大通道,是指利用南线欧亚大陆桥这条国际铁路通道,从重庆出发,经西安、兰州、乌鲁木齐,向西过北疆铁路,到达边境口岸阿拉山口,进入哈萨克斯坦,再经俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、波兰,至德国的杜伊斯堡,全长11179公里。这是一条由沿途六个国家铁路、海关部门共同协调建立的铁路运输通道。“渝新欧”铁路自2011年1月28日成功开行以来,进展顺利,解决了六大问题。首先是成功解决了沿途各国的
