遗传性球形红细胞增多症系一种慢性先天性溶血性贫血常伴有急性发作。自1929年国内首次文献报告以来,陆续有些报告。现将本刊近期收到的11例“遗传性球形红细胞增多症”及二个家系,综合报告如下。 Hereditary spherocytosis is a chronic congenital hemolytic anemia often accompanied by an acute attack.
