渗碳降温直接淬火、回火处理的零件,渗层组织为针状马氏体和较多量的残余奥氏体、碳化物,经通常使用的4%硝酸酒精溶液侵蚀后,马氏体呈蓝、黑色,残余奥氏体呈白色,碳化物呈白亮色。由于残余奥氏体与碳化物颜色相似,因而给金相观察带来一定的困难,影响了对残余奥氏体和碳化物的准确评级。为了解决这一问题,我们用正交试验法选配了M2彩色侵蚀剂,成功地应用于渗碳淬、回火组织的彩色侵蚀,取得了较为理想的效果。
