中国沼气学会三届四次理事会议于1991年11月27日至29日在北京举行。这次理事会是在国家民政部批准,由中国沼气协会更名为中国沼气学会的情况下召开的。中国农学会、农业部环保能源司、国际合作司、人事劳动司、中国农业生态保护协会、中国轻工环保学会、民政部社会团体司、全国爱委会办公室等部门的领导和代表会到会祝贺,出席会议共80人.会上,由名誉理事长边疆致开幕词。副理事长赵一章作了《一九九一年工作总结和一九九二年工作安排》的报告。何康理事长在闭幕会上讲了话,他结合党的十三届八中全会精神,针对农村能源和沼气的发展形势,指出了方向,并鼓励大家为农村走向小康做出贡献.理事们在讨论中对学会一年来的工作表示满意,对协会成为一级学会非常高兴,一致认为它将对今后工作起到很大的促进作用。对常务理事会提出的1992年召开第四次会员代表大
China Biogas Society Third Session of the Fourth Council held in November 27, 1991 to 29 in Beijing.
