温度裂缝是混凝土施工中常见的一种裂缝类型,也是土木工程界至今难以很好解决的工程实际问题之一。在南水北调中线京石段工程白云庄北沟排水渡槽施工中,出现了多条大致平行于结构短边方向的温度裂缝,有的属贯穿裂缝,通过高压结构灌浆处理后能够满足结构安全运行要求。在其余槽身段高温季节施工中采取了一系列综合预防和控制措施,未出现一条裂缝。文章为裂缝的预防、处理方法和处理程序提供了一个典型的案例,以供类似工程参考。
Temperature cracks are a common type of cracks in concrete construction and are also one of the practical engineering problems that civil engineering has so far been difficult to solve. During the construction of the Baiyunzhuang Beigou drainage aqueduct in the middle section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, a large number of temperature cracks appear in the direction parallel to the short side of the structure. Some of them are through the cracks and can meet the requirements of safe operation of the structure after grouting treatment of high-pressure structures. A series of comprehensive prevention and control measures were taken in the construction of the remaining trunk section during the hot season without any cracks. The article provides a typical case for the prevention, treatment and handling of cracks for reference of similar projects.
