应用简单重复序列(SSR)标记对国家木薯种质资源圃195份国内(外)品种(系)进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:44对引物共扩增出186个等位基因,每对引物平均扩增出2~8个等位基因,平均Shannon’s信息指数I为1.01,平均多态性信息量(PIC)为0.49。195个品种(系)的遗传相似系数(GS)分布在0.57~0.99。聚类分析结果表明,在遗传距离0.71处,可将供试材料分为7个类群。
A simple sequence repeat (SSR) marker was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 195 domestic and foreign varieties (lines) of National Cassava Germplasm Resources Garden. The results showed that a total of 186 alleles were amplified by 44 pairs of primers, with 2-8 alleles per primer pair averagely. The average Shannon’s information index I was 1.01 and the average PIC value was 0.49 The genetic similarity coefficient (GS) of 195 varieties (lines) ranged from 0.57 to 0.99. The results of cluster analysis indicated that the tested materials could be divided into seven groups at the genetic distance of 0.71.
