随着国内经济的发展,与全球市场经济的往来日益密切。在企业生产当中,人力资源作为一种生产要素,其发挥的作用是越来越重要。然而,我国特有的社会主义市场经济中,国有企业与私有企业由于自身特有是属性,存在着一些人力资源管理方面的区别,在全球经济化的今天,更加考验国有企业在人力资源管理上是否能有效的开发和利用其最大效能,这对传统的的人力资源的管理提出了巨大挑战。本文主要通过针对一家国企新公司的人力资源管理方式中存在的问题进行浅析,并提出相关解决措施。
