在一般的高压系统中,如从油源或控制块上向外连接油管时,采用焊接式或卡套式管接头,接头体与控制块平面问的密封采用组合垫圈或其他软金属垫圈即可。但在超高压系统中(压力>80MPa),因压力太高,超出卡套式管接头的耐压,为了不削弱钢管的强度,保证绝对安全,一般也不采用焊接式管接头。这就给管道的联接和密封带来了困难。为此,我们研制了一种构造简单,安装方便、密封可靠的超高压密封结构,经在100MPa下的超高压试验,此密封结构无一点渗漏,十分安全可靠。
