本文提出一种描述狗心胸的二维有限元模型,用以研究除颤时通过心肌的电流的分布情况。这个模型可以对植入型心脏复律器和除颤器电极的各种组合进行比较研究。由于还不知诸如最小电流密度等于测除颤阈值的标准.因此只能在狗身上测量除颤能量来确定加在此模型上的电压,以此来计算电流的分布。通过分析等电位线、电流线、功率分布、电流密度直方图和累积电流分布等参数来估计除颤的电流
This paper presents a two-dimensional finite element model describing the dog’s heart and chest to study the distribution of current through the myocardium during defibrillation. This model allows a comparative study of various combinations of implantable cardioverter and defibrillator electrodes. Since it is not known yet that the minimum current density equals the defibrillation threshold, defibrillation energy can only be measured on the dog to determine the voltage applied to the model to calculate the current distribution. The defibrillation current was estimated by analyzing parameters such as equipotential lines, current lines, power distribution, current density histogram, and cumulative current distribution
