为明确吉林省柳河和德惠水稻产区雨久花对苄嘧磺隆的抗药性,采用盆栽法测定了雨久花对苄嘧磺隆的抗性水平,并分别测定了各生物型雨久花乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)对苄嘧磺隆的敏感性。结果显示,苄嘧磺隆对柳河抗、感雨久花生物型的抑制中剂量(GR50)分别为91.81和7.76g/hm2,抗性指数为13.6;对德惠抗、感雨久花生物型的GR50分别为50.46和8.41g/hm2,抗性指数为6.0。离体条件下,苄嘧磺隆对柳河抗、感雨久花ALS活力的抑制中浓度(IC50)分别为15036.3和237.2nmol/L,抗性指数达63.4;对德惠抗、感雨久花ALS活力的IC50分别为10756.2和396.8nmol/L,抗性指数为27.1。表明两地稻田雨久花均对苄嘧磺隆产生了抗药性,而其体内ALS敏感性降低是产生抗药性的原因之一。
In order to clarify the resistance of BIGF to bensulfuron-methyl in the Liuhe and Dehui rice-producing areas in Jilin Province, the resistance of Bifidobacterium longum to bensulfuron-methyl was determined by pot experiment, Sensitivity of acetolactate synthase (ALS) to bensulfuron - methyl. The results showed that the mean inhibitory concentration (GR50) of bensulfuron-methyl on the Liuhe resistance and the long-lasting rain-flower type was 91.81 and 7.76g / hm2, respectively, and the resistance index was 13.6. The IC50 of ALS activity was 10756.2 and 396.8nmol / L respectively, and the resistance index was 27.1. The results showed that both long-flowering paddy fields in both rice fields were resistant to bensulfuron-methyl, and the reduction of ALS sensitivity in vivo was one of the causes of drug-resistance.
