本文用罗丹明6G测定矿石中微量镓,得到了满意的结果。在酸度为6~6.5N中以苯萃取有色络合物,于波长528nm处,摩尔吸光系数为6.7×10~4。嫁量在0~5微克/5毫升范围内符合比尔定律。镓是亲石元素,利用饱和硫化氢溶液沉淀分离铜消除干扰。大多数共存元素不干扰测定镓,方法具有较好的选择性,简便快速,灵敏度较高、稳定。 分析步骤 1.不含铜试样 称取0.1000~0.5000克试样于聚四氟乙烯烧杯中,加15毫升盐酸、5毫升硝酸。低温加热溶解30分钟,再加5毫升氢氟酸继续溶解
