本研究旨在阐明一种近交系口腔癌模型相关的局部细胞免疫反应。将100只6~8周龄的近交系雄性F344大鼠分为3组。其中75只用0.5%4-NQO每周3次涂抹腭部诱发口腔癌,10只实验开始前处死,另15只用4-NQO的溶媒剂涂抹作为对照。实验开始后3,5,6月分批处死动物,立即切取腭部和舌部病变组织,1/3液氮冻存,1/3常规固定,另1/3用于角朊细胞培养。培
The aim of this study was to elucidate a local cellular immune response associated with a model of oral cancer inbred lines. 100 male F344 rats of 6-8 weeks old were divided into three groups. 75 of them were treated with 0.5% 4-NQO three times a week for palatal-induced oral cancer, 10 were sacrificed before the start of the experiment, and the other 15 were treated with 4-NQO vehicle as a control. Animals were sacrificed in batches in March, May and June after the start of the experiment, and palatal and lingual lesions were immediately dissected.
