本文基于LaAlO3衬底上用磁控溅射法制备而成的双面氧化物高温超导薄膜YBCO,设计了L波段高温超导窄带带通滤波器.该滤波器采用了改进型SIR型谐振器,具有结构紧凑、易引入内部耦合等特点,引入内部耦合后能够有效地抑制二次谐波,并且利用高温超导薄膜在微波范围内的Q值比常规导体高1~3个数量级的特点,使器件具有小型化和低插损的特点.
