Survival or death? This difficult choice for Hamlet was mercilessly placed in front of every earthman. The Copenhagen Climate Conference ultimately failed to reach a meaningful agreement. Various interest groups are staring at each other to calculate their own gains and losses. As everyone knows, a real crisis is hitting people. The release of “2012” at this time cannot but be ironic. Unfortunately, the film fell into the American hero model and lacked reflection and fear of survival. Similarly, the quarrel at the Copenhagen conference is not a simple issue of vision, interests, or value, but rather a cold reality: the urgency of not being able to feel “survival or death!”
