校园文化是学校师生员工共同的价值观念。根据不同的维度,校园文化可以有不同的分类,其中负效应校园文化会使人陷入迷惘、颓唐,或情趣、格调不高。中职学生中的负效应校园文化主要表现为:明星文化充斥校园、网络文化冲击校园、快餐文化风靡校园、色情文化潜入校园、西方文化进攻校园。应对中职学生中的负效应校园文化,应做到:优化校园物质文化、充实校园精神文化、完善校园制度文化、规范校园行为文化。
Campus culture is the common values of school staff and students.
