简要介绍了红外热像的检测原理 ,并用红外热像方法对铝蜂窝铝蒙皮复合材料较易出现的胶接缺陷进行检测 ,结果表明红外热像方法是检测复合材料胶接缺陷的快速、有效方法。不同性质缺陷的最佳检测时间不同 ,对于铝蜂窝铝蒙皮结构复合材料蒙皮的各种脱粘缺陷 ,检测速度都高于每分钟两屏。实现被检工件快速、方便、自动化的加热方式 ,加热源和热像头的同步自动扫查以及智能化地识别各种缺陷是今后红外热像检测发展的重要方向
The detection principle of infrared thermography was briefly introduced. The infrared thermography method was used to detect the adhesive defects which are prone to appear in the aluminum honeycomb aluminum skin composite. The results showed that the infrared thermal imaging method is to detect the rapid and effective method. Different nature of the defects of the best detection time is different for aluminum honeycomb aluminum skin structure of various composite debonding defects, the detection speed is higher than two screens per minute. It is an important direction for the development of infrared thermography in the future to realize the fast, convenient and automatic heating methods of the seized parts, the synchronous and automatic scanning of heating sources and thermal cameras, and the intelligent identification of various defects
