我厂2号锅炉(F220-100/540-W型)的炉墙采用三种不同的结构,即悬挂式炉室部分及顶棚部分的敷管式(管承式)炉墙,对流过热器烟道部分的轻型炉墙,转向室及省煤器(上部高温段)部分的耐火棍凝土炉墙。这三种结构的炉墙在炉膛折焰角上部(后水冷壁上联箱处)有一个交汇处。由于这个交汇处的存在.使得这里成了整个锅炉炉墙最薄弱的环节。对此,武汉锅炉厂在设计时采取了如下的措施:(1)在对流过热器烟道斜坡的耐火混凝土炉墙与后水冷壁的敷管式炉墙的接缝上采用了迷宫式结构,在水平方向的伸缩缝上设置了石棉绳防漏。(2)在这两处炉
