采用电子自旋共振法(ESR)检测了氩激光光凝后视网膜的自由基。12只家兔分为正常、对照、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丹参治疗组。光凝后视网膜组织的ESR 信号积分值明显高于正常组、SOD 组和丹参组,但后两组间无显著差异。提示激光视网膜凝固直接产生大量自由基,SOD 和丹参可部分减低自由基的产生。
The electron spin resonance method (ESR) was used to detect the free radicals in the retina after argon laser photocoagulation. Twelve rabbits were divided into normal, control, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment group. The integral value of ESR of retina after photocoagulation was significantly higher than that of normal group, SOD group and Danshen group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Tip laser retina coagulation directly produce a large number of free radicals, SOD and Salvia can reduce the production of free radicals.
