吉林省属布病流行重疫区之一,建国后在各级党政部门的领导下,经过广大有病专业人员的共同努力,已基本查清了全省布病疫区范围,掌握了流行规律,制定了对策,有效地控制了布病的发生和流行,取得了明显的成效。经卫生部、农业部验收吉林省在全国率先达到布病控制区标准,其中有些县(市、区)达到布病稳定控制区标准。近年来,随着经济体制改革的深入发展,市场经济的活跃,牲畜交易的频繁等,布病疫情有所回升,新发病人明显增加,甚至个别地区出现了布病暴发点。由此看出,今后布病防制工作不能放松,根据当前的实际情况,制定合理措施,控制布病暴发流行。

The Ministry of Health and Ministry of Agriculture accepted that Jilin Province took the lead in reaching the standard of control area for brucellosis in the country, and some of the counties (cities and districts) reached the standard of control area for brucellosis. In recent years, along with the deepening economic restructuring, the active market economy and the frequent livestock transactions, the epidemic of brucellosis has been on the rise and the number of newly-emerged patients has increased markedly. Outbreaks of brucellosis have even appeared in some areas. From this we can see that in the future, the work on prevention and control of brucellosis can not be relaxed and we should formulate reasonable measures to control the epidemic of brucellosis according to the current actual conditions.
