腐植酸产业发展来之不易,《腐植酸》杂志发刊100期更不易。在我国腐植酸开发、应用的过程中,有过巅峰,有过低谷,都是这30年发生的事。在巅峰时,1974年国务院下发了110号文件,国家领导人王震同志亲自挂帅,全国各地掀起了开发、应用腐植酸的高潮,可谓轰轰烈烈。在低谷时,没了气势,几乎是一盘散沙。在历经波折起伏到今天,特别是近10年来,在市场经济的自发推动下,腐植酸产业复苏了,已充满了生机和希望。曾几何时,有人说它好,有人说它“黑”。好也罢,“黑”也罢,风风雨雨总算走过来了,走向了成熟。
