目的:探讨营养素干预在预防及纠正抗结核药物所致肝功能损害的作用及意义。旨在探索接受抗结核治疗患者利益最大化。方法:入选初治患者144例,按预防与纠正肝损害的方法不同随机分为两类四组:①营养素预防组36例,②营养素纠正组38例为;③护肝药物预防组34例,④护肝药物纠正组36例。观察并比较四组的护肝效果。结果:营养素预防组无肝功能异常出现;营养素纠正组8例出现肝功能损害,营养素纠正肝功能作用显著;护肝药物预防组有6例出现肝功能损害,护肝药物纠正组8例出现肝功能损害,治疗成本较高。营养素预防组与其他三组间的差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:营养素对预防及纠正抗结核药物所致肝损害有显著作用,减轻肝脏负担,使患者顺利全程抗痨治疗。
Objective: To explore the role and significance of nutrient intervention in the prevention and correction of liver dysfunction caused by anti-TB drugs. Aimed at exploring the interests of patients receiving anti-TB treatment to maximize. Methods: One hundred and fourteen patients were enrolled in the study. According to the methods of preventing and correcting liver damage, they were randomly divided into two groups and four groups: ① 36 cases of nutrient prevention group, ② 38 cases of nutrient correction group; ③ 34 cases of hepatoprotective drug prevention group, ④ liver protection group of 36 cases of drug correction. Observe and compare the liver protection effect of the four groups. Results: There was no abnormal liver function in the nutrient prevention group. Liver damage was found in 8 patients in the nutrient correction group and the effect of nutrients in correcting liver function was significant. Liver function impairment occurred in 6 patients in the liver protection drug prevention group and in 8 patients in the liver protection drug correction group Functional impairment, high cost of treatment. The difference between the nutrient prevention group and the other three groups was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: Nutrients have a significant effect on the prevention and correction of liver damage caused by anti-TB drugs, reduce the burden on the liver and make the patients go through full anti-tuberculosis treatment.
