在金属Ni基带上,用旋转匀胶(spin)和刷涂(printing)工艺制备了具有c轴择优取向的YBCO厚膜。厚膜表面晶粒呈菊花和多边形状,菊花尺寸在0.2mm~0.5mm左右,最大尺寸达到1mm以上,多边形状晶粒常处在菊花的中心位置。MPMP(改进的粉末熔化工艺粉)试样中主要出现菊花状晶粒,多边形状晶粒基本不出现。PMP(粉末熔化工艺粉)试样中2种形貌晶粒一般同时存在。添加中间层(Ag)之后,菊花状晶粒消失或变得很不明显。X射线衍射分析表明,试样主要由Y123相组成并具有一定的c轴择优取向。
YBCO thick films with a preferred c-axis orientation were prepared on a metal Ni substrate by spin spin and brush processes. Chrysanthemums and polygons are formed on the surface of the thick film. The size of the chrysanthemum is about 0.2mm ~ 0.5mm, and the maximum size is more than 1mm. The polygons are often in the center of the chrysanthemum. In the MPMP (Improved Powder Melting Process) sample, chrysanthemum grains mainly appear, and polygonal grains do not appear. The two morphological grains in PMP (Powder Melting Process Powder) generally exist simultaneously. After the intermediate layer (Ag) is added, the chrysanthemum grains disappear or become less pronounced. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the sample mainly consists of Y123 phase and has a certain c-axis preferred orientation.
