我科应用枢复宁单剂量一次性给药,治疗铂类和其他细胞毒类化疗药物所引起的严重消化道反应,收到较满意效果,现报告如下。一、一般情况:1995年1月～5月共收治卵巢恶性肿瘤患者28例,其中卵巢上皮性肿瘤21例,生殖细胞性肿瘤4例,转移性肿瘤3例,绒癌1例。均采用手术辅以化疗的治疗方法。化疗方案的选择,针对上皮性癌应用PAC方案(顺铂或卡铂、阿雷素或表阿霉素、环磷酰胺);生殖细胞性肿瘤应用VAC方案(长春新碱、更生霉素、环磷酰胺);转移性肿瘤应用5-氟脲嘧啶及丝裂霉素。本组28例共化疗46个疗程,其中包括腹腔内用药1次。化疗中患者均出现严重消化道反应,多表现为频繁呕吐,严重影响进食,以致化疗不能完成。

Chemotherapy patients have serious gastrointestinal reactions, often manifested as frequent vomiting, serious impact on eating, so chemotherapy can not be completed.
