马钢高速线材厂第3台卧式打捆机是1995年从德国史密斯公司引进的机械液压设备。电气设备是由德国ＡＥＧ公司配套的,主体为1台西门子Ｓ5135ＰＬＣ,实现打捆机的手动/半自动/全自动控制。线材打捆机类似机器人,4个打捆头则是机器人的手,设备布置如图1所示。图1 设备布置图1—导
Magang high-speed wire rod plant 3 horizontal baling machine is introduced in 1995 from the German company Smith mechanical hydraulic equipment. Electrical equipment is supported by the German company AEG, the main body of a Siemens S5135PLC, to achieve baler manual / semi-automatic / fully automatic control.
