深圳工商银行大厦为带4层裙楼的超高层建筑,采用型钢混凝土框架-混凝土双筒体结构体系,两筒体分别位于平面东西两侧。建筑物的南面裙楼及塔楼底部均有9~11m悬挑,采用单层V形悬挑桁架。根据结构特点,就阻尼比取值、开洞钢梁模拟、中小震墙肢设计、不同跨高比连梁性能化设计、悬挑桁架的分析与设计以及大跨钢梁楼盖舒适度分析等内容展开论证。分析结果表明,整体计算中可不考虑腹板开洞的影响;墙肢、连梁、悬挑桁架及大跨楼盖的结构设计均能满足规范要求。
Shenzhen ICBC Tower is a 4-storey podium high-rise building with a steel-framed concrete frame-concrete double-cylinder structural system. The two cylinders are located on the east and west sides of the plane respectively.
