目的探讨爱维治与前列地尔合用对2型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将确诊为2型糖尿病并伴有周围神经病变的106例患者,随机分为两组.在常规口服降糖药或使用胰岛素控制血糖的基础上,治疗组应用爱维治0.8加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,前列地尔10μg加入生理盐水20ml中静脉推注,1次/d;对照组应用弥可保500μg、VitB1100mg,肌肉注射每周2次,丹参粉针剂0.4加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,每日1次,疗程均为3周.结果治疗组总有效率89.3%,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.01),正中神经、尺神经、胫神经、腓总神经传导速度明显提高,与对照组比较也有显著的差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论爱维治与前列地尔合用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and alprostadil on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 106 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of conventional oral hypoglycemic agents or using insulin to control blood glucose, Middle-dose intravenous infusion of alprostadil 10μg intravenous injection of normal saline 20ml, 1 times / d; the control group was used to protect 500μg, VitB1100mg, intramuscular injection twice a week, Salvia powder injection 0.4ml normal saline 250ml medium vein Drip once daily for 3 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.3%, which was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.01). The median nerve, ulnar nerve, tibial nerve, common peroneal nerve conduction velocity Significantly increased, compared with the control group also had significant differences (P <0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion The combination of Aiweizhi and alprostadil for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is a safe and effective method.
