在社会主义市场经济体制不断完善和发展的今天,卫生行业的改革也不断的深入,医院实行分级管理是向科学化、规范化管理发展的必经之路。本文结合我院争创“二级甲等”医院的具体情况及回顾影响争创工作的主要因素,并提出相应的对策,供同行参考。 With the continual improvement and development of the socialist market economy system, the reform of the health industry has also continued to deepen. The implementation of hierarchical management of hospitals is the only way to the development of scientific and standardized management.
