新经济的发展与变化快得令世人目不暇接。当知识经济的大潮汹涌而来 ,我国进入WTO期限日趋临近 ,市场竞争日益激烈。在经济、科技竞争的背后是人才的竞争 ,企业对人才素质的要求将越来越高。然而就在企业家们高呼“科技以人为本”的同时 ,却又不得不承认 ,企业中变化最慢的往往也是人。更令人遗憾的是由于新经济纷繁复杂、持续快速的变化 ,使人们看不清前进的方向。中小企业的成长更离不开人才的成长与进步。因此 ,培训与教育从来没有像今天这样深刻地影响、决定着企业的生存与发展 ;人们对于知识充实与更新的渴望从来没有这样热切。显而易见 ,新经济已对传统培训、教育的理念彻底地提出了挑战
The development and changes of the new economy are so fast that the world is dizzying. When the tide of knowledge-based economy surges, the time limit for China's accession to the WTO is approaching and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Behind the competition in economy and science and technology is the competition of talents, and the requirements of enterprises on the quality of talents will be higher and higher. However, while entrepreneurs shout “people-oriented science and technology”, they have to admit that the slowest changes in enterprises are often people. What is even more regrettable is that people can not see the direction of progress because of the complicated and continuous rapid change of the new economy. The growth of SMEs can not do without talent growth and progress. Therefore, training and education have never been as profoundly affected as today and have determined the survival and development of enterprises. People have never been so eager to enrich and renew knowledge. Obviously, the new economy has posed a thorough challenge to the traditional concept of training and education
