在京城不平静的地产圈又爆出一个重大消息:香港嘉里建设有限公司与北京华远地产正式开始合作,共同在北京东南四环携手打造一个超大型国际化社区——物流港居住区。尽管物流港项目一直保持低调,但在京城地产界已经无人不知了。这是因为物流港不仅是朝阳区十大重点工程之一和北京市吸引外资63个重大项目之一,更是京城商业、物流业、地产业四大知名品牌——京泰集团、SOHO 中国、嘉里集团和华远地产共同合作的重大项目。物流港位于北京市东南的十八里店地区,是京津塘高速公路的起点,总体规划近500公顷,总建筑面积300多万平方米,是一个融合国际化超大型物流、会展、酒店、绿色产业园、高尔夫球场、居住区于一体的高档综合社区。项目目前的定位是:一港、三流、五园,即建设北京物流港,提供贯穿于国际物流、区域物流、城市物流的物流服务;建设物流园、商贸园、会展园、综合发展园及城市绿化带中的各绿化公园(绿色生态渡假村、高尔夫主题公园、绿色主题公园及体育主题公园)。项目预计2004年将开始建设,2009年全面竣工。此次嘉里与华远携手组建北京嘉里华远房地产开发有限公司,共同运作物流港中面积大约68万平方米的住宅开发项目。9月17日,双方召开了新公司的第一届股东会,并签署了合资协议,标志着双方正式合作启动该项目。

Logistic Port is located in Shibalidian District, southeast of Beijing. It is the starting point of Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway with a total planning area of nearly 500 hectares and a total construction area of over 3 million square meters. It is an integrated international mega-logistics, exhibition, hotel, Green industrial park, golf courses, residential areas in one of the high-grade integrated community. The current orientation of the project is: one port, three streams and five gardens, namely the construction of Beijing Logistics Port, providing logistics services throughout the international logistics, regional logistics and urban logistics; construction of logistics park, business park, convention center, comprehensive development park and city Greenbelt in the green park (green eco-resort, golf theme park, green theme park and sports theme park). The project is expected to begin construction in 2004 and be fully completed in 2009. The Kerry and Huayuan hand in hand to set up Beijing Kerry Huayuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., jointly operate logistics port area of about 680,000 square meters of residential development. On September 17, the two sides held the first shareholders’ meeting of the new company and signed the joint venture agreement, marking the formal cooperation between both parties to start the project.
