从土槿皮(Pseudolarix kaempferi,Gord.)中分离到两个新二萜酸,命名为土槿丁酸(1)和土槿戊酸(2).经理化性质和对它们的IR、~1HNMR和~(13)CNMR、MS数据的分析,鉴定1为18-羟-对映-贝壳衫-15-烯-17-羧酸;2为对映-贝壳杉-15-烯-17,18-二羧酸.1的结构经X衍射得到了证实.
Two new diterpene acids were isolated from Pseudolarix kaempferi (Gord.) And named as hibiscus butyric acid (1) and hibiscus valeric acid (2). The physicochemical properties and their IR, ~ 1HNMR And ~ (13) CNMR and MS data. The results showed that 1 was 18-hydroxy-enantiomer-pigeon -15-ene-17-carboxylic acid and 2 was enantiomer-kauri -15- The structure of dicarboxylic acid .1 was confirmed by X-ray diffraction.
