利用SSR标记对37个云南糯玉米地方品种遗传多样性和遗传关系进行研究,和5个国内主要自交系进行优势群的划分。结果表明:从国内外所用的63对核心引物中筛选出PIC值高、稳定的20对玉米核心SSR引物扩增出225个等位基因,平均多态信息量PIC值为0.87、标记索引系数MI值9.91、Shannon多样性指数I为0.54;37个云南糯玉米地方品种可划分为5大类群13个小类群;少数的云南糯玉米种质资源与常见的5大杂种优势群的遗传距离较近,而大多数资源则较远,可形成多个单独的类群,云南糯玉米地方种质资源具有广泛的遗传基础;来自不同地区或来自同一地区不同云南糯玉米资源与5大优势群之间的遗传相似度均有很大差异。
The genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 37 Yunnan waxy corn landraces were studied by using SSR markers and the dominant population was divided by 5 major inbred lines in China. The results showed that 225 alleles were amplified from 20 pairs of maize core SSR primers with high PIC value from 63 pairs of core primers used at home and abroad. The average PIC value of polymorphic information was 0.87, and the index of marker MI Value of 9.91, and Shannon’s diversity index I was 0.54. Thirty-seven Yunnan waxy corn landraces could be divided into 13 subgroups of 5 major groups. A few Yunnan waxy corn germplasm resources had a closer genetic distance to the common 5 major heterotic groups , While most of the resources are far apart and can form a plurality of individual taxa. Yunnan local germplasm resources of waxy corn have a wide range of genetic basis; from different regions or from the same region of Yunnan waxy corn resources and the five dominant groups Genetic similarity are very different.
