近些年高职院校随着国家发展而逐渐扩大办学规模,学校的管理工作难度也随着招生人数的增加而增大。因此档案的管理工作就显得尤其重要。档案管理工作做好了,学校的管理建设工作就能更好地进行,学校整体的管理水平和教育质量也就得到了提升。本文综合分析了高职院校档案管理工作的现状,对档案管理工作中存在的问题进行简单分析,提出意见与合理的改进对策,希望能对国内高职院校的档案管理工作起到促进的作用。
In recent years, with the development of the country, higher vocational colleges gradually expand the scale of running schools and the difficulty of managing the schools also increases with the enrollment of students. Therefore, the file management is particularly important. Archives management work done, the school management and construction work can be better carried out, the school’s overall management and education quality has been improved. This paper analyzes the current situation of file management in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the existing problems in file management briefly, puts forward the suggestion and reasonable countermeasures, hoping to promote the file management in domestic higher vocational colleges effect.
