目的:探讨中医分期饮食干预对胃癌患者术后营养状态的影响。方法:将我院2015年2月至8月收治的80例胃癌根治术的患者采用SAS软件分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规饮食干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医分期饮食干预,比较两者术后的营养状态及免疫功能状况。结果:两组术前的营养指标及免疫功能指标均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组营养10 d后的体重和腰围大于对照组,白蛋白及血红蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组营养10 d后的CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医分期饮食干预能够改善胃癌术后患者的营养状态,提高免疫功能,有利于术后康复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of staged diet intervention on the nutritional status of gastric cancer patients after operation. Methods: Eighty patients undergoing radical gastrectomy from February 2015 to August 2015 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group by SAS software. The control group was given routine dietary intervention. The observation group was given diet intervention on the basis of the control group. The nutritional status and immune function of the two groups were compared. Results: The nutritional indexes and immune function indexes of two groups before operation were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Body weight and waist circumference of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 10 days of nutrition, and the levels of albumin and hemoglobin were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The levels of CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in the observation group after 10 days of nutrition were higher than those in the control group and CD8 + was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The staged dietary intervention by TCM can improve the nutritional status of patients with postoperative gastric cancer and improve the immune function, which is good for postoperative rehabilitation.
