清代修志充分吸收历代修志的经验,在组织管理、人员设置等方面都有着较为完善的制度。在人员设置上,各级修志机构相互参照,按分工不同分为管理人员、业务人员和后勤保障人员三大类。清代修志机构的资料来源主要为文献资料及实地采访,其中前者是基本来源,后者对资料的获取也有着积极作用。
The Qing Dynasty Chi fully absorb the history of Chi Chi’s experience in the organization and management, staffing and other aspects have a more complete system. In terms of staffing, Chi organizations at all levels refer to each other in terms of division of labor and are divided into three categories: management personnel, operational staff and logistics support staff. The sources of information on the Chi institutions in the Qing Dynasty were mainly documentary materials and field interviews, the former of which was the basic source and the latter also had a positive effect on the access to information.
