目的 :探寻紫外分光光度法测定依沙吖啶溶液含量的简便、快捷、经济、准确的方法。方法 :用纯化水作溶剂 ,在 36 2nm波长处测定吸收度 ,同时作空白试验 ,建立标准曲线 ,并与对照品比较法进行比较。结果 :乳酸依沙吖啶在 5 .0~ 2 5 .0 μg·ml-1范围内线性良好 ,r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD为 0 .8% (n =9) ,与对照品比较法相比 ,结果无显著差别。结论 :本法操作简便、快捷、经济、结果准确 ,可满足医院制剂的质量控制要求。
Objective: To explore a simple, rapid, economical and accurate method for the determination of the content of ethacridine by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods: Purified water was used as a solvent to measure the absorbance at a wavelength of 36 2 nm. At the same time, a blank test was conducted to establish a standard curve and compare with the reference substance comparison method. RESULTS: Ethacridine lactate showed a good linearity in the range of 5.0-2.5.0 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9998) with an average recovery of 99.8% and a RSD of 0.8% (n = 9) , Compared with the control method, the results no significant difference. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, economical and accurate. It can meet the quality control requirements of hospital preparations.
