分别采用定量负荷前一次大剂量和长期小剂量方式,观察口服壳聚糖对运动员免疫系统的影响。结果表明:(1)定量负荷前一次大剂量服用壳聚糖,对红细胞免疫粘附功能无明显影响。(2)长期小剂量服用壳聚糖,红细胞C3b受体免疫粘附功能降低,而免疫复合物的粘附功能增强。(3)服用壳聚 糖后安静状态下自然杀伤细胞活性缓慢增强。(4)服用壳聚糖对血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA和IgM)含量无明显影响。
Quantitatively using the previous large dose and long-term low-dose mode, respectively, to observe the impact of oral chitosan on the immune system of athletes. The results showed that: (1) Chitosan had no significant effect on erythrocyte immunoadhesion function before the high dose of chitosan. (2) Long-term low-dose chitosan, erythrocyte C3b receptor immune adhesion function decreased, while the immune complex adhesion enhanced. (3) Natural killer cell activity increased slowly after taking chitosan quietly. (4) Chitosan had no significant effect on the content of serum immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA and IgM).
